Returns & Replacements Policy
Carlisle FoodService Products is committed to providing high-quality solutions for your kitchen; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted on unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain custom or sanitary-grade items may be subject to a restocking fee or specific return restrictions.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any products back to our facility.
Package Securely
Place the unused items in their original commercial packaging and clearly mark the outside of the shipping carton with your assigned RMA number.
Ship the Goods
Send the package via a traceable carrier to the distribution center address provided during your authorization request; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the items for resale quality, a credit will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
